To be fair to them, I contacted Origin and they offered me a refund but for some bizzare reason I'm gonna stick around, naively hoping that they'll eventually solve this mess :/

3 Arsenal Packs and almost 1 hour later through an extensive chat conversation, and I got "This issue will be resolved soon".
"Resolved soon" means "We dont't know, you can wait up to 15 min or 4 weeks."

REALLY REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THIS!!! Mass Effect is 1 of my most played games in my origin lineup & then this happens.... /FACEPALM!!

been in contact with EA & apparently its going to take time to sync to the servers.
i was offered a 15% discount for the in conveniance, which to me is a sign that they aint got a clue.
will have to wait & see what happens....
not a happy person at all with this........

I cannot believe this problem is still persisting.
I logged a ticket early last year which I forgot about. Then I started playng the multiplayer again. Purchased a Premium Spectre pack and bam, points taken nothing given, brought back the event from last year.
I made a note of the number of points lost last year and to date I have lost 1200 BW points, as well as198k credits from lost points.
This is unacceptable, same message when I contacted them yesterday, "We are aware of this issue and are working with the developers to resolve it". Considering it has been over a year and no refund issued or packs given to those who lost the points or even for the bugs to be fixed, I am quite dissappointed.

This is very nice. Had contact on Friday with the EA tech support, telling me that the problem should be solved by monday.
So I didn't spend any further points or credits waiting for a solution. And today my last 880 points just disappeared.
Thats the way I like it. And Yes good question why the **bleep** is this marked as "Solved". Because the forum says contact the tech support and the tech support says look at the forum.

On 07/26/2014 I bought 1200 bioware points to purchase a premium spectre pack. My points dropped to 960 and I received no pack. I attempted again to purchase a premium spectre pack and my points dropped to 720 and still no pack. After contacting support, I was told to wait for the reply from the concern team. Later that day I attempted to purchase another premium spectre pack and my points dropped to 480 and no pack. When, if ever, can we expect this to be fixed and our points to be returned?
