Yeah, I decided to get my self a pc version since it was so cheap and have stupidly bought 4000 points to get all my favourite expansions. 32£ wasted on expansions I can't use. Not really the best introduction to Origin.

I had this same problem.  After reading all the responses I decided to try something on a whim.  I copied the ME3 product code listed in Origin and then I redeemed it in Origin.  After doing that, ME3 connected to the EA servers and all of my purchased DLCs were confirmed.

I couldn't connect to EA servers and tried several things, nothing worked.  Last effort?  I unplugged my wifi and started it up again.   Now it connects and recognizes the DLC.

Looking around and have looked at so many posts on this. Only way I can play is if I disconnect from the internet as the EA servers can't be reached. This seems to be a problem for years though I never had it until I recently started replaying. Any real fix?

@okamichan13

There can't be a "real fix" from EAs side because connection problems as long as the servers are running, (and I just tested that.) are usually on the users side.

That counts even if your Internet seams to work smoothly and especially if you got this problem just recently.

Restart your router.

If that not helps, shut down your Windows firewall and disable the real-time scanner of your antivirus software. (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall and the antivirus software later on.)

Should it work after you disabled the firewall, here is a description how to allow a program to communicate through the firewall

If that not helps here is a EA connection troubleshooting guide.

If all that not helps, contact your provider and explain your problem to them. They should be able to tell you if the problem is on their side.

@yanalgish

Did you tried the steps from my post above?

Do your password contains special characters? If yes, change it to a password without special characters.

Also, try to clear your Origin cache.
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)

  • Close Origin completely.
    (right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
  • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
  • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
  • Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder.
    (The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
  • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
  • Type or copy and paste "%AppData%" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
  • Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder.
  • Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the "Roaming" folder.
  • In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on "AppData".
  • Open the "Local" folder.
  • Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the  "Local" folder.
  • Restart your PC. > test

Have you allowed ME3 to have access through your Controlled Folder?
