Mass Effect 3 Loading screen freeze win10 [ Edited ]

hi

when i tried to go into a multiplayer game the spinning icon at the bottom right of the screen would stop spinning and basically the game would freeze, it would also lock my computer!

to fix this i went to the documents /  bioware  / Mass Effect 3 folder  ("C:\Users\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3 ") and deleted the mass effect folder, you may wish to back this folder up as it contains your saves and your user set up.

once done restart the game and set  video options and key bindings etc

The game should work as before.
