Mass Effect 3 Leviathan DLC Glitch

I've been trying to fix this problem for a couple of hours now and it seems nothing is working. I've tried to repair the game, save before where the glitch was, Uninstall and reinstall, but nothing is working. 

The is at where one of your teammates fixes the bridge and you just killed the Banshee, its after when you go up the ladder to the roof of the building and when I try to go down it won't work. I my Shepard just slides down and so I get stuck in between the ladder and the building so I can't go down. I've tried to go back but that just happens to the other ladder also. SO I'm just stuck on top of the roof and can't go down, ... . 

Someone please help.

P.S- This stupid website doesn't even allow me to chose any board that's in english. Wow EA nice thinking.

Basically, try these in order:

1.  Head toward the ladder in question and while moving look straight UP.  (Often successful with just this.)

2.  Set game to play in "Windowed" mode.

3.  Set resolution very low.

4.  Set other graphics options to minimums.
