My region is Russia. And I have exactly the same problems.
And we are back at square one...
It is strange that it will work this way. It means that there is no general problem at the server side.
Could still be something on the account side.
I tagged an EA CM, but they will not be in before tomorrow.

The weirdest part is, that it's not like the system doesn't work. It does, but only about 1 time out of 4. Once again - N7HQ counts the played games correclty, it tracks the time played correcly, but it doesn't update the galactic readiness accordingly. I'm no specialist, but it seems like data packages are being lost for some reason.
And it happens in different regions on different platforms.
I've retried all suggested solutions just to make sure, double-checked all connections - nothing. So, if the problem is on the client's side, I have no idea how to fix it. Let's hope EA staff can help. Thanks for tagging them btw.

Hey everyone!
Thanks for reporting the problem! I'm trying to establish what might be the source of the problem. I can confirm that Galaxy at War feature should work on all platforms at the moment. I also checked your EA accounts, but everything looks okay on that side as well
A question for everyone - do you have a physical or digital copy of ME3?
To Xbox players - could you also try to clear alternate MAC address on your console?
Cheers!

I have both physical and digital copies of the game on both Xbox and PC. I've also tried it over multiple internet connections just to make sure it's not my internet that's the problem, and this problem persists across every internet connection I try it on. Could having multiple copies of the game under one account be causing some kind of conflict that's preventing proper in-game updates of my Galaxy At War data? Because as stated, my profile on the N7HQ site updates perfectly fine when I play multiplayer or play the Galaxy At War mini-game on the site. It's just the in-game Galaxy At War that doesn't update.
I will report that the problem seems to have gotten a little better for me. The Galaxy At War still fails to update sometimes, but it does seem to update more reliably now.

Thanks for all the updates!
I'm trying to prepare a report for our specialists, so they could look into the issue. I just have a few more troubleshooting steps that need to be tested out and questions to be answered before I will send it up. Unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce the problem on my own account
For PC players:
- Make sure that nothing is blocking any game's or Origin's features.
- Have you tried to reinstall the game? If not, please do.
For Xbox players:
The troubleshooting steps are quite limited on consoles, so I just need to know if you've already:
- Reinstalled the game.
Thanks in advance!

I have a physical copy of ME3, playing it on my Xbox One, my internet connection is fine, I've been doing Galaxy at War through the website and it won't come up in my single player game. Same as everyone here. Never has this happened to me before.
