Same issue for me - I also spoke to a representative who at first said it was free, but then said it is paid. It does not show in the "Extra Content" tab at all.

Just to make sure - can you see The Extended Cut DLC being listed on Origin after you click on the ME3 cover in your library and chose the Extra Content tab? It shows correctly on my account, so I need to double-check it with you 

Also, this DLC is 100% free, so I'm sorry if you've been misinformed by one of our advisers

@MsYutani Yes it's the same for me. The extended cut DLC does not appear in my list.

I also have this problem. I could not find it in my extra content tab 2 months ago, re-checked today, and still cant find the extended cut in the list.
