Mass Effect 3 DLCs not authorizing

so, i bought mass effect 3 (fancy collector's edition) about two days ago. i fire it up and it tells me that the servers are down, right off the bat. not sure i care about that, i move on. once i get to the in-game menu, it gives me "unable to authorize your DLCs. connect to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLCs to authorize them" or something to that effect. i have no idea what the alliance network is; maybe it's the little computer pane thing on the right that's unable to connect to itself?. i'd really like to be able to play the whole game that i purchased. i'm sure i'm not the only one that's had this problem, so if anyone has some sage advice, i'd really appreciate it.

Yes it is the "Notebook" at the start screen of the game.

Did you tried to login manually?

Did you tried to Restart your router?

If that not helps, shut down your Windows firewall and disable the real-time scanner of your antivirus software.. (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall and the antivirus software later on.)

Should it work after you disabled the firewall, here is a description how to allow a program to communicate through the firewall.

This ports must be open on your Router:

Origin Ports
TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900
Me3 Port
Port 3659

Clearing your DNS cache. or testing a google DNS could also help.

If that not helps here is a EA connection troubleshooting guide.

Hey anybody know what's the red text mean? All my DLCs have such text, and when I start the game it says all DLCs could not be authorized.

Can anybody tell me why?

• Make sure Origin is completely closed.
• Go here and download both DLLs. 
• Make a backup of the "binkw23.dll" and the "binkw32.dll" under "<drive>:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32"
  (If the "binkw23.dll" don't exist, don't bother.)
• Copy the downloaded DLLs into the folder mentioned above.
• Start Origin > Test.
