Mass Effect 3 - DLC verification

Hello I have in-game after checking downloadable content error: "Unable to Authorize the listed DLC. Please log in to the Alliance network with the Account used to purchase the DLC. Leviathan Firefight Pack." and resume game say: "Downloadable content missing: Leviathan" but it's installed Thanks in advance

I'm experiencing the same problem.

Bought the game long ago, and did not find the time to actually install it since then.

I'm quite sure my old Bioware-account doesn't match my Origin-account name.

What DLC's are that?

Where did you purchased this DLC's? 

Which Game version do you have? (Normal edition, Deluxe)

It's just the standard-DLCs which come with the game (normal edition) - see the attached screenshot.

I downloaded them via Origin - like I did with the entire game.

OK, you are logged on to the alliance network in game and the error still occurs?

Do you use any mods?

Now that you are asking: Already connecting to the Alliance-Network fails with
"Es tut uns leid, aber dieses Konto ist derzeit ungültig"
(I assume the englich text would be "We are sorry, but this account is currently not valid".)

I have a case with EA open for that, but the help (email) I received so far looks very much like a standard-text.Seems I may need to try to catch them during office hours.
...or just play the game as is, without all the DLC, and then stay away from Origin as far as possible for the rest of ly life.

(Using Wiresharkl I see my PC is communicating with some IP from RSPC-UK-Rackspace-Backbone-Engineering in GB when i try to connect to the Alliance. But as the communication is encrypted the only thing I can tell is, that there is no communications error.)

No, I don't use any mods.

This looks very much like an account problem.

Contact EA best directly per phone. Here you can find the German numbers.
