Mass Effect 3 cannot connect to the EA severs. Right when I get to the title screen area, where there are two laptops, I will automatically try to connect but every time it fails to connect to the EA servers. Additionally, my DLC is not able to download because of the connection issue. When I try to press multiplayer, the same thing happens. I've been reading the bioware and ME3 forums and apparently this is a pretty popular issue.
I've already forwarded my ports with the start and end ports at 3659 under UDP. What else can I do to play multiplayer and connect to the EA severs?
Thanks.

Exit from ME3, change your account password in Origin-client and restart ME3.
This worked for me and a lot of other players - it worth a try.

Same here. I tried to play in a friend's house (different router) and other computers and didn't work either, so it must be the servers

I have this exact problem. It says that the Mass Effect 3 servers are unavailable and then it fails to authenticate my DLC.

IT'S WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have no idea why it started working all of a sudden. I'm now hoping that my games don't lose connection as I've been reading on the forums. Hopefully your guys' connections work soon too!!!!!!!!!

Glad you made it, at least it means we might be able to solve it as well
But for now, not working

Here's another necro in case it helps anyone. I had the 'can't access server' issue for Mass Effect 3 multiplayer on Xbox. My solution was playing with the Xbox ethernet cable connected to the hub, i.e. not on wifi. That worked.
It's a shame these issues crop up but I can understand it for an 11 year-old, no longer supported live service.
ME3 multiplayer was the first 'live' game I fell in love with and it probably remains the best one I've played since.
