Hi,
I have a strange issue with ME3. When I launch the game with BT-headphones connected, everything works fine.
But when I use my screen as Audio-Output, I get a white screen immediately. My computer doesn't really crash, mouse and Windows UI still work as usual. But I can't close ME3, the only way to get back to "normal" mode is to sign out of Windows, and log in again. No error code. Screen and Screen-Audio Drivers are updated.
I can't find any related problems to this on the internet, so i just ask here. Please don't be too harsh, English isn't my native language.
My System:
Win 10 64bit
Intel i3-8100 3.60GHz
Intel UHD Graphics 630
8 GB RAM
Screen: BenQ GL2450H
Thanks.
Edit:
The same thing happens with ME2 (Origin).
On the other hand, I play ME1 via Steam. And I just located the next strange thing. When I launch ME1 without headphones, the game works as usual, just without sound. When I launch it with headphones, sound is available. Now if I disconnect my headphones while ME1 is active, my screen suddenly has sound, too.
So there is most probably a problem with my screen and audio setup, but I don't know what to do about it.
