After getting picked up by Anderson in the shuttle, the gameplay starts with Shepard in the upper floor of a building at the resistance HQ, viewing the street. Shepard has to go find Anderson's office and to get down from the upper floor, you have to go down a ladder. Every time I've done this, the game freezes and the Windows popup allowing you to force quite the program comes up. It's repeatable every time and is really frustrating considering how late into the game this error happens. I've tried some suggested workarounds from other forums including playing with the camera angle, and pressing the 'esc' key, but to no avail. Ideas?
