Invalid Account Error [ Edited ]

Error message when the game accesses EA Servers.  "Sorry. This account is currently invalid. Please try again later or check account details." Then a message that all my DLC is unverified.  Are there any solutions to this problem? Is it a known problem?  I have opened a ticket and they sent me to lets_chat but I doubt that the issue is an account problem, as I am able to access my account here and via Origin.  It seems more like a game issue.  Any helpful hints or suggestions would be appreciated.

It is most probably an account problem.

Please try this.

Got to EA.com and redeem the CD key of ME3 there. (right click the ME3 cover in the Game Library > "Game Properties" to find the cd key.)

If that that don't works, you need to talk to a game adviser.

Thanks, I have tried that and it came back as key has already been used.

Hopefully I will hear from someone in the accounts department this week.

Did you tried to start the game afterwards?

Do you use special characters in you password?

Yes I can play the game, just cannot access the EA servers or verify and use the DLC.

So the logging is still nor working.

Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME3 > Repair)

If that don't helps, restart your router.

shut down your Windows firewall and disable the real-time scanner of your antivirus software. (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall and the antivirus software later on.)

Should it work after you disabled the firewall, here is a description how to allow a program to communicate through the firewall

UDP Ports: 3659 must be open (inbound & outbound) on your router.

If that still don't helps, close Origin completely > go to your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC" folder > move the "DLC_CON_MP4" out of the game folder and try again.

I was getting this when I let my origin access account expire.  renewed my subscription and it worked.
