I have all DLCs except for Leviathan. Is there a way to just get that one?

£24 is a bit steep to just get the one DLC left that I need, especially since the game is already quite old. EA Help can't give me an answer. So does anyone know if there is a way to buy one DLC if you pretty much everything else in the bundle?

If you play on a PC you should be able to buy it under the "Extra Content" section of the game.

PC? As far as I know, afraid not. [EDIT: see @holger1405 post.  Apologies for the incorrect response]  The DLC bundle does occasionally go on sale. I got it for $12, and not longer after (past May), it was offered for $9, grrrr.

On XBOX, each DLC is individually available.

Again, apologies for my incorrect reply.  As @holger1405 replied, available via the "extra content" tab in PC Origin client.  Here (U.S.) it is in "Bioware points". Putting that in the search box, it comes up as $10 US for the 800 Bioware Pts to purchase Leviathan.
