Gifting a game

I would like to gift this game. Is it possible? I searched EA's website and FAQs but nothing about gifting.

I've also wanted to do this. I searched endlessly, so it seemed. Nothing about gifting. Gamefly sells ME. They may have a gift option. Sad, it is not on Steam.
