Game won't start

I get a " Origins/EA is not longer running, Mass Effect 3 will now close." This is before the press any ket to contnue page.

I have the same problem. It worked perfectly 2 days ago, I tried it yesterday, and it does nothing, just a Windows  message saying that.

How can I fix that?

Update!

So I talked with an EA Advisor, and now it works :D don't know if it will work too no anybody else, but what he told me to do was:

- change the name of the "documents/bioware/mass effect 3" folder, to something like "/mass effect 3 saves" (or whatever other name).

- log out from Origin, and log in again.

And now the game starts without a problem, so I hope it works for you too

I just started having the same problem after a couple of days of playing ME3. Heard that reinstalling origin to system drive may help if you have it installed somewhere else.

I don't give a dingo about why this is happening though. I'm just so tired with Origin.

Got SimCity. Problems. One after another. 

Got Sims4 for my wife. Wasted 3 hours on getting it to work.

Got ME3 now. Another problem.

The amount of times that I had to fix something about Origin or one of the games I got via Origin is just obscene.

I can't believe it's legal to make money on such junk.
