Extended cut

I purchased the Mass Effect Trilogy for PC. What do I have to do to view the extended cut of Mass Effect 3 (for the PC)?

Make sure you have the DLC installed.  You can check using Origin and "Shop for Downloadable Content" or whatever that right click menu option is.

Or just view your DLC and verify that the Extended Cut is installed.

Then, start the final mission.  You know it is the final mission because before you start it gives a pop-up warning you about no-return and all that.  Also, if you beat the game and then "Resume", you end up loading from that point.
