Digital Delux upgrade from trilogy

i recently bought the ME trilogy on origin and i was wondering, does that come with the same items as the digital deluxe editions of two and three or is it more like the standard editions. Also is it possible to upgrade them to the digital deluxe editions if not.

The trilogy contains the standard edition of ME2 and ME3.

A upgrade to the deluxe editions is possible.
