Let me start by saying that last time I played ME3 was a few months ago - however, Origin SHOULD autoupdate my files of ME3 upon launch - which it didn't, so I assumed that ME3 was up-to-date. *sighs*
Now everytime I start up ME3, I get the error that I cannot use MP Content Pack 4 (whatever that one is) due to a missing patch. How the hell can I fix that without having to reinstall ME3?

Hi mbsteinnl,
Have you already tried to let Origin check for updates and repair your installation?
When you right-click on your Mass Effect 3 icon in Origin you will get this:
If you choose "Show Game Details" you can do the same for every DLC individually:
MP Content 4 is the "Retaliation" DLC. You can find your DLC in these folders:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC\__metadata
Hope that helps!

November 2018
Hello, I have the same issue but its not letting me check if its updated.
November 2018 - last edited November 2018
Thats because this thread is 6 years old and the Origin version today is completely different from the one used 6 years ago.
Do you have "Automatic game updates" enabled in Origin? (Origin > Application Settings > Client update > Automatic game updates > ON (Green)
If that don't helps, create a new Topic in the ME3 section with as much details about the problem as possible.
