Can't create a match

I just noticed this weekend.  Every time I create a match and then attempt to start, i get the error "lost connection to mass effect 3 servers".  In other words, i can't create solo matches.  Private/public doesn't make a difference, nor does the map type.  I did switch ISPs recently, but i don't know if thats part of the problem or not.
