Can my (PC) run it? [ Edited ]

Got an AMD A8 5500 (I know i could have done better but its what i got)

10gb of ram

Nvidia GTX 560ti graphics card

Directx compatible sound card

(Main issue is the processor. I know its not the greatest but will it play Mass Effect 3 on at least high with specs i mentioned?)

As the others have already stated, your machine should run Mass Effect 3 just fine. For anyone else wondering, here are Mass Effect 3's minimum system requirements.

Pffft.  Your box'll have no problems whatsoever.  My tower struggles a little with ME3 but that's mainly because the graphics card (GeForce 9600GT) belongs in a museum.
