Can I play the Mass effect 3 DLCc bundle whit the ME3 Origin access version?

hi there i have a question about mass effect 3 i have origin access and can play ME3 but without most of the dlcs so if i were to buy Mass effect 3 dlc bundle can i play it with my access ME3?
