I apply antialiasing through Nvidia Inspector and disallow FXAA since it blurs the entire screen beyond what I feel is acceptable.

Using the standard AA bits (0x080100C5) and forcing an MSAA mode works fine in cutscenes and non-action sequences (i.e hub areas like the Citadel), but when the game switches back to combat mode, antialiasing is not applied - then applies again when entering a cutscene or non-combat environment. Curiously, this seems to be true even when using AA bits 0x000100C1 to force fullscreen SGSSAA, which should apply correctly regardless of deferred rendering (it works perfectly in ME1 and ME2 and other UE3-based games).
