unable to authorise dlc in mass effect 2 (bought on steam) [ Edited ]

I bought Mass effect 2 on steam a few weeks ago complete with all the three keys including the digital deluxe edition. I downloaded the DLC from this link https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/download-dlc-for-classic-origin-games/#masseffect . What have I missed? Except for the content included in the cerberus pack all the DLC is unavailable. If I need to buy the DLC can you send me the required link.

All DLCs outside the Cerberus pack must be purchased separately indeed.
