mass effect 2 manual will not print or download..

can not download mass effect 2 manual for the xbox 360... i do not know why in the world they stop putting them in the games. this is ridiculous...i want to play the game and not spend all day on the **bleep** computer trying to print out a manual that should be in there in the first place..
