default browser

I have a disc version of ME2 running on Windows 10 pro 64bit .  It can no longer find a browser on the system to get to EA websites .  Firefox is the default browser for http, https, etc..  Works fine when encountering links in all other software.  Any place in config file to point it to right programs folder??  Any other ideas??

Guess what?  It works as long as I close Origin and open the program directly.   I had imported it into Origin since I had ME1 and ME3 as digital downloads.
