Windows 7 will not allow download of Shadow broker

My husband has purchased Shadow Broker DLC and when he goes to download his system says it has a viruse and deletes the download.  We have turned off all Windows firewalls and our Anti-Virus Kapursky.  Still will not allow.  I remember something similar happening when I dowloaded my copy but I can't remeber the fix.  Can someone help.

Are you downloading the DLC from the official website? This is the official link: http://static.cdn.ea.com/bioware/u/f/eagames/bioware/masseffect2/ME2_ShadowBroker.exe

If the virus scanner still flags this as a threat, then it's a false positive, and I would recommend a better virus scanner.
