Quite honestly, it would be great if you could power cycle and re-add your gamertag on both, Xbox360 and Xbox One.

I have tried microsoft and been called by an ea rep but i still can't import my mass effect 1 game save. Its so frustrating as i love the mass effect games. When i try to import it, it shows as orange in importer and i cannot interact with it. The really old saves from 360 show as green. Can anyone help? Please?

The re-adding part in regards to profile do I need to just remove the profile and not the content or do I need to remove the whole lot

Yes, you just need to remove your profile and then log in again by using your Xbox login details again. It's a simple step, but like I said, it's useful with sync issues

ME3 is a newer game, so it might not be necessary, but in any case you will know what to do now
