This is lame...
They keep giving us dates and nothing happens here. Xbox Ambassadors keep telling us that Xbox lost the license, that they get it back for other dlcs but not Overlord. What's the reason anyway? EA trying to keep it off Microsoft or something? Does Overlord even work on other platform?
Basically he wanted to push this issue away as fast as he could.
I think EA rep did not even bother to understand the issue. Just saw Xbox purchase and close the case.

Have still had no info and no update from any of the support team on this issue after two months from originally posting this .
I may have a solution; after long backs and forths between Microsoft and EA’s tech supports... I have definitely debunked that it’s EA’s fault. They don’t have control over what’s on the Microsoft store and the EA tech support agent even told me that they shouldn’t even have it up on the store if its not purchasable. So this if all definitely on Microsoft. So the solution? Let’s make more noise. I’m about to start a forum post on Microsoft’s support forums and if everyone on this post can take the time to add to it and reply; maybe we can make this a real issue that needs looking into!
