Because when I enter Mass Effect 2 it does not recognize my game saved in mass effect 1
I'm trying to import my saved game from Mass Effect 1, how do I import the file?
Another question:
What's the difference?DLCs?
Mass Effect 2: Digital Deluxe Cerberus key
Mass Effect 2: Digital deluxe game key
Mass Effect 2: Digital deluxe Promo key?
I ask for your help, although there are many doubts.
Thanks!
Bought it on the steam.

Navigate to your "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 2\Save" folder and create a folder named "ME1" (Without the quotes) inside the "Save" Folder.
After you finished ME1, copy the Mass Effect Saves from the Mass Effect save folder ("Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect\Save") into the "ME1" folder you created.
Now ME2 should "see" your ME1 characters.
The Digital deluxe Promo key is for the promo items.
The Digital deluxe game key is the main game key.
The Digital Deluxe Cerberus key is for the Cerberus network.
The DLCs under "Cerberus Network Downloads:" are free in the Deluxe edition, the DLCs under "DLC" beneath are not free and must be purchased separately or in the "ME2 DLC bundle"
