Mass effect 2 disc read error for dlc on xbox

I started a complete play through of mass effect from game 1 thru 3. in ME2, the DLC's always get a disc read error, usually when loading, despite being saved to a hard drive. The discs are pristine. So far I have received zero help looking through forums and TRYING to contact EA directly. I've deleted/reinstalled countless times and I am getting quite frustrated over it. Any solutions out there?
