Hello fellas, ive recently bought mass effect 2 on steam, put it onto my origin account through the CD keys, bought the dlc pack from origin, and tried to play it. However when launching the game it tells me to activate my cerberus network account, however my credentials for origin do not work. I then tried to download the dlc installers and install them, as suggested in the past for these problems. and that just made my game fail to launch. I then validated the ME2 files through origin and got the game to actually launch again, with it yet again telling me to verify the dlc. My origin menu for the game says that my cerberus network dlc is unlocked, under the extra content menu.
So, the link everyone has posted from like 2016 to the bioware cerberus network key doesn't work, and the dlc download page it redirects you to doesn't appear to help. So how can i play the dlc i bought, and did i even need to buy it? Thanks.

For account related issues you'll have to contact an EA adviser. Describe the issue in detail and they should be able to manually link the Cerberus Network entitlement to your account.
