1) Go to "Documents" folder.
2) Go to "BioWare" folder.
3) Go to "Mass Effect" folder.
4) Go to "Save" folder.
5) In the save folder there will be a line that looks like this "Char_01-41-3-2-0-18-10-2014-32-45.MassEffectSave"
6) Copy that line because it is your completed game save.
7) Then go back to the "BioWare" folder.
8) Go to "Mass Effect 2" folder.
9) Go to "Save" folder or create one if there is no folder.
10) Then create "ME1" folder.
11) Then paste your completed game save inside the "ME1" folder you made.
12) Then launche your Mass Effect 2 game and import the character. It should find it now.
