Mass Effect 2 won't launch, recently bought deluxe edition

After I bought the deluxe edition, Mass effect 2 or the deluxe edition wouldn't load, instead sending me to an error page that says:

We're sorry, an error has occurred

Invalid license. Reason code = Invalid Cipher (0x0006).
