Hey, so I was playing Mass Effect 2 when it suddenly crashed to the point where I couldn't access anything else on my laptop, forcing me to hard reset it.
I now can't launch it at all. When I press 'Play' Origin minimizes, and Mass Effect 2 doesn't launch, no matter if i leave origin minimized or not.
I have tried restarting my laptop, running Origin as an administrator, running ME2 as an administrator, repairing the game (twice), and reinstalling the game. Nothing works. Help?
UPDATE: There has been an update for Origin, and now it's telling me that the cloud sync isn't working because it's syncing on another computer, even though I only have origin on my laptop. Help???
UPDATE 2: Played around with the cloud sync settings for a while. Now it's back to just minimizing Origin.

the other games work just fine, but I fixed it now - I was on the phone with EA Tech Support yesterday, and we managed to fix it.
(I ended up having to create a new windows user on my laptop)

Try to clear your Origin cache.
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply.
If you use Windows 7 also go to your Reliability monitor > Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time and copy and paste or type "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in the new Window > hit “ENTER” and look if it has entries for the game you have trouble with.
If yes double click at the last entry for the game executable, copy the info to the clipboard, and save it to a text file.
You can attach the DxDiag text file you created (and the “Reliability monitor” text file as well) to your post in the “Reply” window with the “Choose File” button.

Well, I wasn't sure if I was going to have the reliability monitor on Windows 10, but I was pleasently surprised.
I attached the DxDiag text file, and a screenshot of the reliability monitor's results for Mass Effect 2

This is an reliability monitor report about Mass Effect 1.
Is ME1 also not running?
A few general remarks:
You Windows 10 build is still on 15063. The support for this build will en at October 8th this year.
Did the update to the newest build not worked, or did you manual prevented the updates?
For the problem at hand:
Your GPU driver is over a year old, update the driver. > Reboot > test.

Yea, that was on the list as well, but that is still inconvenient. Repairing the main account is preferable imho.
But be that as it may, have fun gaming.
