Mass Effect 2 will not launch (origin)

Hi, I am loading Mass Effect2 but it is loading for a second then closing, i have tried many things from the forums to no avail,

I have attached DxDiag and Reliability report.

Your Notebook uses the NVIDIA Optimus technology, this technology requires both, the Intel and the NVIDIA GPU to work together, but the Intel driver is not installed on your system.

Go here and download and then install the Intel GPU driver. > Reboot.

Also, the Steam installation of ME2 don't uses the "ME2Game.exe". I would assume that you did see solutions on this board that suggested to rename the "MassEffect2.exe".

If so, please undo the renaming.

Can I ask what troubleshooting steps have you tried exactly? And just to confirm - are you trying to launch the game from directly Origin or Steam?
