Mass Effect 2 keeps freezing & blacking out

This only happens when I'm making Shepard move, when she's just standing there everything is fine, its a lot more frequent during combat.

Problem has been solved, Apparently my memory sticks were incompatible with my new motherboard!!! So after getting new compatible memory sticks, there have been no problems!!!!!! Thank you for all your advice and help!!!! :3

Have you had the chance to try repairing ME2 to see if that helps at all? If you're playing through Origin you can right-click on the game in the Library, and you'll see a Repair option when the menu comes up. 

If you play through Steam try verifying the integrity of the game files to see if that helps. You can find more information on how to verify the files over at the Steam Support website. Please let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot. Thanks!
