I saw the link, but on my documents folder there isn't a "locations" tab to move it anywhere. I saw some the location tab on other folders but not documents. Attached are pictures of the properties in documents with no location tab and the Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folder

I have an emergency at work and not much time tonight.
Did you right clicked on the D: Symbol in the Windows explorer main Window?
That one that I pointed to in my screenshot in post 6.
Please answer that, then I will give you detailed instructions how to fix this problem.

I can right-click on it and do see location tabs. This is already in my D drive.

OK, then create a new folder in the root of the D: drive and name it "Documents" (Without the quotes.)
Now move the location for the Documents folder from the D: drive to the newly created "Documents" folder like in this guide.
(Start at point 11, allow the moving of existing files in the "Move Folder" popup)
Restart the PC. (A real "Restart", not just shut down and start again.)
Test ME2. It might be necessary to adjust folder permissions, but let's test first.

Because of the unusual file structure on your machine you should make a backup of your important files under D: if you not already have done that.
