Dear EA!
Why are u selling ME2 DLC content if people cant PLAY it? I have ME2 in Origin, i bought many DLC content and quess what: CANT play them! Cerberus networks says that "wrong user or password". Lets forget that for a second that i played from ORIGIN ...so after a big, long breath, i type the correct mail and password....over, and over, and over again.
So pls, tell me, what else can I do? (other than say: would U pleas give my money back? )

Does your email or your username contains special character?
If you don't try to logon, do you get the "DLCs not authorised" error message?
Btw, this is a Player help Player board, not an official EA help side.

Thanks for the answer. No, my email contains simple characters, my pasword too. It said "wrong code, it is not for your e-mail". But today, a miracle happend, the system stood up. (for about the 7th try) Its maybe a random thing...
Anyway, i wrote here so maybe EA will hear it ...becouse its impossible to get them on other chanels. Thanks for write to me again!
