I'm having a problem launching the Suicide Mission in Mass Effect 2. Right before going through the Omega 4 Relay, the screen blacks out while the music continues to play in the background:

I play on PC with a digital copy downloaded via Origin, these are my specs. This is the first time I encountered this problem on ME2:
GeForce GTX 770M
Intel Core i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40 GHz
8 GB Ram
NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM)
Windows 7 64-Bit
DirectX 11
I *have* modified the Coalesced.ini to be able to wear Miranda's outfit, changed the hair and eyes, applied a couple texmods, and use this SweetFX/ENB:

I've already tried repairing and reinstalling the game on Origin with no luck. I even deleted my entire Mass Effect 2 folder (the one in C: ) and did a complete redownload but it still happens at the exact same spot. I tried removing the SweetFX/ENB also to see if that was causing it, but no, still happens. Any tips on how to fix this would be appreciated!
I'll try deleting the Mass Effect 2 folder in My Documents (and make a backup of my saves) and see if that fixes the problem after redownloading that folder too. I'll update this post on if that fixes the problem. (Update: still happens).
UPDATE: I figured out the culprit after tinkering. When I restored the original Coalesced.ini so Shepard wasn't wearing Miranda's armor anymore, I was able to go through the Omega 4 Relay with no black screens!
