Mass Effect 2 DLCs setup doesn't work

Hi I got a DLCs setup for mass effect 2 it worked well!

then I reinstalled mass effect 2 and wanted to install the DLCs but the setup of the DLCs doesn't work anymore.

How do I fix this please?

Sorry I fixed the problem, all what I did is just re downloading the setup.
Before I fix the problem I tried to run the setup as administrator then it said the file doesn't exist but I could see it, So I thought maybe windows think that I don't have the file so I re downloaded the file again and it worked.
I have a question sir, what is Mass Effect 2 Genesis Interactive Comic DLC? what does it do?

1. What version of Windows are you running?
2. Can you go to Start -> Run and type "dxdiag" and post the screenshot?
3. Are you running it on Origin or Steam?

If you don't import an character from ME1 to ME2 the "Mass Effect 2 Genesis Interactive Comic" will give you the opportunity to determine some of the actions and important decisions from Mass Effect 1.
