Trying to install the Mass Effect 2 DLC, the items will download fine but then get stuck at "0%":

If you try and lunch the game it will say the DLC is corrupt and try again later
I have tried:
Uninstalling and re-installing the game and DLC
Repairing the game
Restarting my PC
Restarting Origin
Re-installing Origin
Running Origin as admin
Nothing works 😢

Hey all, if you have cleared the cache and ran Origin as Admin can you try disabling your anti-virus and firewall to see if it helps.
When clearing the cache can you ensure that you are doing it as follows:

Hi, I think I may have fixed the issue for myself, try clearing your origin cache and then open origin again, immediately started installing everything! Here's the link to the instructions I found for clearing the cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Hope this works for you!

I have the exact same issue. Clearing origin cache no fix for me. Need help.

@Brucalizer This hasn't worked for me unfortunately, really appreciate the help though! Some DLCs did move to the completed section after doing this, but then I still get the same problem of certain items getting stuck at 0%. Going to try uninstalling completely and doing these steps again...

Argh bugger, seems my enthusiasm was a little premature as I seem to also have a few DLC not installing even after my first attempt at a fix.
Just to compare, what DLC still aren't working for you?
For me I have the umbra visor, the blood dragon armour, the Lair of the Shadow Broker, the terminus weapons and armour as well as the art book and the soundtrack not installing.

I'm having the same issue here.
I've done the following:
Perhaps worthy to note: I bought the Trilogy pack today, but I already owned individual copies of Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3 Deluxe Edition. Perhaps that could be a problem? It shouldn't, though, because Mass Effect 2 wasn't present anywhere on my PC after re-installing the one from the trilogy pack. So if it is an issue, perhaps it's due to something behind the scenes on Origin itself? An account bound to both the Mass Effect 2 of the trilogy pack, as well as the individual one from years back?

Same here. I even contacted EA support via phone and chat and they were completely useless. One rep even tried to tell me it's because its an older game. If this is the way EA treats it customers then i say we boycott EA.
