Mass Effect 2 DLC Problems

I've just downloaded and installed Cerberus Package and Arrival DLCs, but they don't appear on the game. I've got the Mass Effect Trilogy on the PS3 and I live in the UK. I've contacted EA Customer Serves, but they we're useless. So I have to ask am I doing anything wrong?

@Optimus524 Sorry that this was missed before. Did your content start working in the end?

If not can you try clearing your cache, then try re-downloading the content direct from the store if this had no effect?
