[ME2 DLC] DLC is installed, but not working

Hi all

I've run through a couple of the previously posted solutions

- Cleared Origin Cache

- Run Origin as Administrator

- Fresh installed ME2

- Re-installed ME2

I previously had ME2 on Steam, and I think I ported my keys across to the BSN, but it was a while ago since I last played ME2. I wanted to do a full play through and didn't mind re-paying for the game. I bought the base game and the full DLC from Origin. It didn't log into the Cerberus network, but I re-logged in to EA and it still isn't running Genesis on load. 

Help!?

You are not trying to import a Character from ME1, do you?

Does your EA password or E-Mail contain special characters?

No, I was going to use Genesis to quick start an ME2 playthrough - or at least I intended to! 

The only special character in my email is the @ character before gmail. No special character in my email - unless a full stop counts???

My password doesn't contain a special character.

Do other DLC's work?

(You will get in game "e-mails" for several of them if they work.)

I'll dig in and give it a try. I've not progressed forward with the game, because it has Kaiden surviving as default (I think!) :I
