I have the boxed trilogy version of the mass effect games for my ps3, and have successfully imported me1 shepards to me2 with no issues 4 times before. I just beat me1 again, started me2, and now none of my me1 files are showing in the ‘import me1 shepard’ menu. Have absolutely no clue what’s different this time- my internet’s working, i’m signed in to the psn, and i have plenty of storage space left on my ps3.
Please help?? (I have tried quitting/reopening me2, and restarting my ps3, but idk what else to do)
Edit: i'm in the US, i have ps+, and i have the US version of the games. i have never backed up my save data to the cloud/psn/however that works, so it's all on my ps3's hard drive.
Edit 2: i have now uninstalled and reinstalled both me1 and me2 and still nothing. EA tech support wasn't very helpful either.
