Is my DLC installed, despite in game seeing it available?

I just bought a bunch of DLC on the orgin site for ME2. When i look on the install page everything is installed. when i start the game the cerberus thing opens up and offers me 4 DLC's to buy, 2 i own, arrival and shadow broker, the other 2 i don't.

Is this just some sort of bug in game, or are they not actually installed. I kinda think its just a graphical bug, but in wanted to ask if anyone knew for sure/.

Your content is probably not recognised by the Cerberus network.

To make sure play the Horizon mission, after that "Arrival" should show up in your journal.
