Installing Mass Effect Trilogy *Mass effect 2

Hello, I just finished the mass effect 1 and I tried to download the 2 but it say, ''Download Error, we're sorry, Origin was unable to download your game. Please check your internet connection, or try again later.'' and I tried to download it like 7 times, it still  don't work. For precision I and the 3 game with the trilogy edition. Can you help me?

PS: My internet connection is okay.
