Infinite Loading

I'm having trouble with my pc version of ME2. Whether it's in the start menu, in the middle of a cutscene, middle of combat, or just walking around, a random, infinite loading screen will appear and I can't get it to go away. I've tried getting the shorter loading mod, defragmenting them, used Steam verification process, and reinstalling the entire thing. I've even tried removing CPU until only one was running for it. Nothing has worked so far. Every time the loading screen hits, it's the same one.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format, also go to your Reliability monitor (Press the windows key and "R" at the same time and copy or type "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in > ENTER and look if it has ME2 entries.

If yes double click at the last one, copy it to the clipboard, (Bottom left corner) save it to a text file and load it up together with the DxDiag. You can do that with the "choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
