I can't find the Cerberus code

I can't find my Cerberus key for the network. I bought the DLC bundle with all the DLCs from Origin but I couldn't connect to the network and i have no idea where this code is, I tried looking on the internet but for some reason I can't even reach the EA site, I don't know why, it just says the page won't load.
I gave a lot of money for this game and I would really like to play it with all the DLCs.

You bought it from Origin, so you Play on a PC?

If so you don't need a Cerberus key. You need to log on to the Cerberus network with your EA account credentials.

If I understand you correctly, that is not working?

Do you use special characters in your Email or your username?
Are you on a public (university) network?
