I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MASS EFFECT 2

I need technical support with my Mass Effect 2. I had already transferred the game Mass Effect 1. And well, last month I got Mass Effect 3 and wanted to play again  my Mass Effect 2 because i want to transfer my savegame from 2 to 3. When i want to start to transfer my Mass Effect 1 Savegame to Mass Effect 2, It doesnt detect me any savegame on my hard drive. And even download a savegame of a page and got on a USB drive to my xbox 360 console. I did everything. What can I do?
