Equalizer Pack cannot be downloaded

The Equalizer Pack cannot be downloaded on Xbox. I am in the United States, and I've seen across multiple posts on the internet indicating that others have had the same issue. Any chance of this becoming downloadable again, since it's listed under content on the menu?

Curious as to why this isn't at least being answered. If it's not going to be investigated or you don't care just say so, but this is almost worse seeing that every other thread is replied to besides this one. 

EDIT: Also interesting to note, a day after this thread was posted the Equalizer Pack was removed from Marketplace but is still present in ME2's menu as well as the Bioware DLC store.
